- Shipping Costs:
When order is placed you will be emailed with a confirmation of your order, total costs and approximate shipping time. You may call any time with your questions. To obtain a shipping quotation prior to placing your order, complete our shipping quotation form or call 1-800-240-6433, Monday thru Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Delivery Date:
We maintain a large inventory of our chairs. Products typically ship with 2-4 weeks, but may be expedited if you live within 2 hours of Lancaster, PA. Delivery time for some larger products may be longer.
- Payment by Check:
If you choose to pay for your order by personal or company check, your order will be shipped after your check has cleared.
- Payment by Credit Card:
PLEASE NOTE: We currently cannot process credit card numbers received by any method over the Internet (including email). We will gladly accept credit card payment by telephone or in writing.
